  2. Under Plugins, install TouchEmu

  3. Use this profile which uses the osu! area with Touch Emulation and Summoner Spells to 0 and 9: LoL.json

  4. Set in Leage Space to normal Attack:

Set Pen Click to Right. But currently normal mode is blocked by riot vanguard.
